The compound of the Neon Queen Elizabeth, somewhere in the Black Hills. Named only in the closing lines of Session 4, via Yojimbo's account of her own defection from it. Not yet visited in actual play.
Possible but unconfirmed connection: the Church of the Star's priest mentioned rumors of "an observatory somewhere in the Black Hills" back in Session 2 — plausible this is the same place, but nothing in actual play confirms it. Treat as an open thread.
