Overview (players)
A motorcycle-mounted faction, first encountered in the Session 3 highway standoff with a Dakota Confederation band.
Established in play
- Banner: a fully chrome tire on a pole, ringed with cut-out metal flames, a yin-yang symbol welded at the center.
- Bikes are heavily armored and modified into mobile machine-gun turrets built directly into the frames.
- Enforce a consistent toll system on the roads: submit to a search for contraband, travel free — framed as the "divinely mandated protection of the Khan," and applied evenhandedly to the party and to the Dakota Confederation band alike.
- Issue physical travel tokens (a date and a seal) good for a week's free passage on Khan roads once a search is completed.
